Tickets
Each ticket admits one named person. Student tickets require proof of full-time enrolment at badge collection.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT. Converted prices in other currencies are indicative only. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Refunds and transfers
Full refund until 30 June 2027 minus card processing fees. Free name changes until 7 September 2027.
Programme changes
Speakers and session times may change. If the event is cancelled, we will refund the ticket price in full.
Conduct
All attendees must follow the Code of conduct. Breaches may lead to removal without refund.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
