Who we are
Summit Horizon Events is the data controller for this website and the conference. Contact: hello@dnexura.com.
Data we collect
Ticket orders (name, email, company, VAT/GST ID), visa-letter requests (name, contact details, address, nationality, travel dates) and, only with your consent, anonymous analytics. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive full card numbers.
Why we use it
To deliver your ticket and invoice (contract), to issue visa letters (your request), to keep the event safe (legitimate interest) and to improve the website (consent).
Your saved schedule
Sessions you add to “My schedule” and your display settings are stored in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as required by tax law. Visa-letter data is deleted 90 days after the event. Analytics data, if enabled, is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and object to processing. California residents can ask what we collect and request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Email hello@dnexura.com with the subject “Data request”. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
