Summit Horizon 2027
Code of conduct
Summit Horizon is for everyone. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and staff agree to follow this code at the venue, at social events and online.
- 01
Our commitment
We are dedicated to a harassment-free experience regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, nationality or technology choices.
- 02
Expected behaviour
Be respectful and considerate. Use welcoming and inclusive language. Respect people’s boundaries, names and pronouns. Speak plainly so people with different first languages can follow.
- 03
Unacceptable behaviour
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, offensive comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks and unwelcome physical contact.
- 04
Photography
Lanyards in a different colour indicate people who prefer not to be photographed. Please respect this. Ask before photographing anyone up close.
- 05
Reporting
If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, speak to any staff member wearing a “Crew” badge, visit the registration desk or email hello@dnexura.com. Reports are handled confidentially.
- 06
Consequences
Organisers may take any action they consider appropriate, including a warning or removal from the event without a refund. Sponsors are also subject to this code.
