When and where is Summit Horizon 2027?
14–16 September 2027 at Riverside Congress Hall, Porto, Portugal. Day 1 and Day 2 are full conference days. Day 3 is a half day of workshops followed by the closing keynote.
Which time zone are agenda times in?
Porto uses Western European Summer Time (UTC+1) in September. On the agenda you can switch between event time and your own local time; your device’s time zone is detected automatically.
Are prices shown with tax?
No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Converted prices in EUR, GBP, AUD, AED and SGD use indicative rates; you are charged in USD.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
For orders of 5 or more tickets we can issue an invoice. Email us with your company name, billing address and VAT/GST ID.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund until 30 June 2027, minus card processing fees. After that you can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge until 7 September 2027.
What does the virtual ticket include?
A live stream of every Main Hall session with English captions, online Q&A with speakers and access to all session recordings for 12 months.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Talks, keynotes and panels are recorded and shared with ticket holders about two weeks after the event. Workshops are not recorded.
Do I need a visa?
That depends on your nationality. Portugal is in the Schengen area. Check the official requirements for your passport, and request an invitation letter on the Venue & travel page if you need one.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. All rooms have step-free access. The Main Hall has an induction loop and live captions. Tell us about any access needs when you register, or email us at any time.
What language is the conference in?
All sessions are in English. Speakers are asked to use plain, international English and avoid idioms. Slides are shared after each session.
Can I bring children?
Children under 16 attend free with a ticket-holding adult. A parents’ room is available on site.
